学习英语课程内容的过程中，需要翻译么？当英语阅读有困难的时候，我的确需要翻译来帮助我理解语义。如果连字面意思我都无法理解，很难谈什么学习。但随着学习的深入，我意识到翻译的过程也是一种认知的损耗。课程内容我先从英文翻译到中文，再在中文层面理解其概念，之后又从中文联系到具体的代码和抽象的编程概念。
